"... his works seem to radiate an inner life of their own definitely worth collecting."

- Malcom Forbes

As a figurative sculptor with a career spanning more than three decades, William Dean Kilpatrick prizes the ongoing opportunity for self-expression and the sculptural challenges of commissions ranging from small commemorative pieces to monumental installations.

Acknowledging the difficulty in defining a philosophy or single attitude for his lifetime of creating art, Kilpatrick says his work is, "...about our cosmic connection to the universe: About living and dying, loving and laughing, crying and sorrow, searching and finding, singing and screaming, losing and winning, pain and ecstasy, the mystery of this moment and eternity. All this while keeping my feet firmly planted in the clouds."

William Dean Kilpatrick's ongoing works can be seen at galleries.
